- Bug reports. Something broken or behaving oddly? Let us know what happened, which browser you're using, and any steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots help a lot.
- Feature requests. Got an idea that would make SnuggleStream better? We're all ears. We can't promise we'll build everything, but we track every suggestion.
- Privacy & data requests. Need to exercise your data rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA? Want to know what data we hold about you? Send us an email and we'll respond as quickly as possible.
- DMCA / copyright complaints. If you believe content shared through SnuggleStream infringes your copyright, please contact us with details and we will take appropriate action promptly.
- General feedback. Compliments, complaints, questions, or just saying hello — all welcome.

Response Times
We're a small team (very small — think "two people and a pixelated cat"), so please allow up to 48 hours for a response. We try to reply much sooner than that, but sometimes life, work, and time zones get in the way. We will always get back to you.
